Today was impact practice and Cinched wanted to practice bastinado! A spreader bar and ankle cuffs kept my feet in place and available for various implements to be used on my bare feet. Cinched started off using a crop. The stinging swats landed on the soles of my feet as I was laying on my back. Cinched gave me some soothing rubs between sets of strikes from the crop. He continued using the crop on my feet and stopped to suck my toes which was delicious! After a bit of time, he grabbed another toy we call the lollicrop.
