I was reading a book on the couch when my partner surprised me with a soda. I don't have sodas very often so he thought it would be fun to watch me enjoy it and even more fun to get me to burp while I slurped it down. Who am I to decline his request?! I opened it and after the first sip, the burps started. Some were small and others had some gusto as the carbonation caught up with me. We both laughed and joked, enjoying the lighthearted and fun moment shared between partners.
