You're simply smaller and thinner overall too. You say you work out and have been lifting weights for much longer than you look. I try to hide my disappointment. Ever the gracious host, I offer that I, too, have been working out and lifting weights, though not for as long as you.
However, my muscle gains are much more significant than yours. And I barely work out! I muse that were I to take my weightlifting as seriously as you have taken yours, it's almost a certainty that I'll outgrow and outgain you.
