Delicia just LOVES to shop, especially during the holidays, she just loves to spoil people. But her overspending is beginning to take its toll on Mikes finances. So he makes her shop on a budget and purposes she get's a weekly allowance administered by him (which is not nearly enough in Delicia's opinion) But earlier on in the day when their are supposed to have their "date night" Mike comes across his visa bill and the amount owed is through the roof.
