Miss Epiphany and Ella Raine are powerful witches, and they've laid a special Halloween trick or treating trap! They set out a bowl of candy with a note to only take one - and if someone tries to take more it triggers their magical spell. Sure enough, a college boy who is much too old to be doing silly Halloween activities tries to take all the candy and falls into their magic snare. They bring him inside where he's so frightened, he pees his pants! This gives the two enchantresses a wonderful idea: they put him into a diaper, and then regress him completely and turn him into a baby!
