Plot: You play James Bond and have been sent to hospital for a few tests after being involved in yet another awful fight with a rival. Hmm, you just can't catch a break hey? This was a particularly nasty brawl which has left you with a head injury and although small, you can't afford to ignore the pain and dizzy spells it is causing you.
