Kiki is lost in a strange place. If only she could find her ruby slippers she could wish to get home so she has been wandering looking for them everywhere. Finaly she find her magical shoes on the feet of a the wicked witch of the east, Princess Isobel. Kiki pleads and asks for her shoes back explaining that she needs to return to her home but wicked witches are not very easy to sway. Still she has a shot to try and win her slippers back by worshiping them off the evil queen witch's feet.
