Tom had been promising to send in some stories to Miss Jenn for months. And month after month he came up with excuses as to why he didn't have the stories he had promised her. Finally, Miss Jenn has enough of Tom's excuses, realizing that if she doesn't put her foot down and straighten him out, that this bad behavior of broken promises is just going to continue. At which point she lays down the law...or rather the belt upon Tom's very sore bottom.
