I had many warm conversations with my new neighbor, Trisha. One such conversation took place in my woodshop. She had just popped in unexpectedly & asked if I might be able to make something for her. She asked if she could hire me...to make a paddle. I was so shocked that my jaw dropped... I thought I hadn't heard right, after all, it's not every day that someone asks me to make them a paddle. But that was only the beginning...
