Private Black has been summoned to the punishment room as he refused to give a sample on a test so he's going to get a thrashing. Failing a test or refusing to give a sample gets him 25 strokes of a multi-tailed strap and then 25 strokes of a thick black leather tawse. He has to count out every single stroke and has a good sore bottom for his misdoings.
