A patient comes into see Nurse Jessica. She explains about cutting costs in the NHS and how the new treatment for a vasectomy is now administered with 75 kicks to the balls. He can of course go private and pay lots of money but in reality it will be over in 15 minutes and he won't have to pay a thing. He agrees and Nurse Jessica starts with the kicks. Wearing a sturdy pair pf plimsolls she makes sure each kick is going to have it's full effect as otherwise he might have to come back for a second treatment!
