Miss Jessica has invited a private surgeon for a consultation to her house. She's concerned about a mole on her bottom and get him to have a look. However, the cheek of it, he suggests she might have a bottom reduction! She says he's not looking at it at the right angle and to lay on the floor. She then proceeds to sit down on his face smothering him with her bottom for being so rude! Forwards and reverse sitting on his face and she makes a deal with the surgeon whilst sitting on him to remove a tattoo she doesn't want anymore, for free, for his unnecessary comments!
