The prisoner has been bought to the punishment room due to having contraband found on him - a mobile phone. So he's going to be sentenced to 50 strokes with a very thick dragon cane. He is strapped into a whipping bench so won't be able to move at all, all he can do is count the numbers down and cry out and regret what he has done.
