Miss Jessica and The Hunteress bring in their patient for his weekly treatment. They strap him into the chair spread-legged. He gets a good speaking to with lots of face slapping. Then it's time for his treatment to his balls. Lots of slapping and squeezing, then they take it in turns to kick his pathetic balls. After tying up his balls, they apply pegs all over then play with the pegs with riding crops which makes his balls very sore. With more playing with their hands they eventually pull off all the pegs one by one. They finish up by kicking him some more in the balls.
