So rather than firing him, she has a rather novel punishment for him. She takes his jacket and takes his trousers down and he's going across the sideboard. As the person should have gone to prison but got let off instead she is going to use a prison strap on his naughty bottom. A few strokes on his pants and then a bare bottom punishment with lots of strokes. She then finishes the punishment with 12 strokes of the cane.
