Jessica walks into her friend Jane's house to find her friend's husband, Pete, handcuffed to a school desk with only his underwear on. He says they've been burgled and they did this to him. But after phoning Jane, Jessica understands he has been put like that for not looking for a job (been 6 months now) and lazing around! So Jessica goes off to get a dragon tailed whip to come back and punish him with. Initially with his pants on and later on the bare bottom.
