Miss Jessica is talking to Miss Sarah and they are waiting for the PE teacher from Miss Jessica's school. Miss Sarah is the head from another school. His behaviour at a recent football match was not unnoticed. He has already been punished with plimsoll spanking from both of the Heads and now in this clip, they tawse his bottom as he lays off a chair. Taking it in turns they berate him whilst punishing him for his behaviour (see next month for part 3).
