Miss Jessica walks in with her slave all tied up against the wall with nowhere to go. He has let her down so he's in for it. She has a rather thin mean whip looped over and he's going to be punished by having his belly whipped. He's just there for her amusement. In-between punishments he gets slapped round the face numerous times. Then after a while Miss Jessica changes whips, to a larger thicker whip to continue whipping his stomach.
