Miss Jessica, the owner of the riding stables, has come to see the new tenant of the house that is rented out at the stables. He seems to be playing rather loud music at night which is disturbing the horses. He clearly has been very selfish in his actions so Miss Jessica has a suggestion. She'll give him a punishment with what the horses get (a riding crop) and she'll not say anything to the landlord to get him evicted.
