Jessica has come up to the Scottish Office like she does every 6 months to keep a check on things and it seems one employee has been playing up. So Mike has been sent to see Jessica. His lateness and a lot of non work internet usage amongst other things, has meant that's he's getting this special meeting with her. She's going to punish his bare bottom with a very stingy tawse so he can feel just how annoyed she is with him. Then he has to pay attention or there is the severe consequence of losing his job.
