Someone has been reported as shoplifting from an underwear shop in the local shopping mall and the description of the man fits her suspect so she has bought him in for questioning. First he had some facesitting punishment to try to make him talk, he then goes back in the cells. Miss Jessica gets him out and chucks him back in the punishment room. She handcuffs him then strip searches him for anymore stolen good and eventually has him bent over the chair with a bare bottom for hand spanking.
