Ken comes to see Nurse Jessica and starts complaining, yet again, about the food, service, the other nurses. Jessica has had enough of him, wasting her time as he's being perfectly well looked after. So she tells him to lie on the floor and walks around him before lifting up her dress and sitting down on his face, with her bottom wedged in his mouth so he can't keep complaining. Turning round Jessica sits on him some more, properly suffocating him with her bottom clad in silky blue knickers and tights.
