Jessica is going to wrestle a colleague for a new job position that has come up. In the clip she grabs him quickly pulling his arms up to then forward facesit down on him. This then turns into a figure-four scissor hold before flipping over and trapping his neck in a reverse scissorhold and squeezing hard and rolling him around the room in it. He's then reverse facesat until the end of the clip.
