Upon concluding her examination she decides that Kelle needs to be reprogrammed, so she smothers Kelle with her hands. The Doctor mesmerizes the nurse so she won't fight back when she's smothered.

I want to capture that kind of asymmetrical interrogation vibe, where somebody is being asked provocative questions about a seemingly unrelated topic in order to reveal some important secret (the who, what and why of the scene can be figured out later, there's all manner of options to play about with). She'd be asking you questions and trying to very subtly unsettle you and unnerve you while taking notes, and you'd be trying to answer while not incriminating yourself. I'm thinking this part of the scene would be very intimate with a softly spoken back and forth between you. At the end of the movie the mind games would be over and you'd have slipped up somewhere, failing the test somehow, resulting in a perfunctory and apparently terminal hand-smothering.

Shot in a totally different style, I can guarantee youd never seen anything like it!
