here is a great clip from "miss lilly" as she had been shopping plus she had been walking all day, so as soon as she finally got a chance to sit & rest for a few minutes to make a phone call, she slipped her tired achy stocking feet out of her painful high heels & rubbed her stocking feet together to get some quick relief : )
