You go back pick up the can and try a little. Your bicep starts jumping up and down real slow. WOW! IT WORKS! I can't wait to he comes home. He comes home and demands a You tell him,I want to show you something. You grab Popeyes spinach and take it. What are you doing! Just watch. You start flexing your biceps and tell him that your the boss now. You also notice when you flex your biceps your also taking his strength and muscle mass from him. You love the feeling of this power. You eat the rest of Popeyes spinach. Your biceps are the size of a softball. You push him on the floor and mount him. You continue to flex more. You hold your arm out straight,like an airplane wing and flex in slow and stopping in halfway and holding the pose for 7 seconds. Do one arm at a time, then both. While doing this you notice him shrinking. I'll let you finish the story. You don't need another person and you can write Popeys spinach on any can. (you don't have to eat the spinach)
