I talk about my day and all that I have accomplished through out the day. The list is so long, yet that doesn't stop me from continuously repping out more sets while speaking directly to you. You have fallen off the workout train. Can't seem to get yourself to the gym anymore. EXCUSES! I verbalize to you several options that you could do at home. That is yet another difference between you and me. LAZINESS! My assumptions that you could at least be doing cardio at home makes an A$$ out of me. Your next trip is coming up where we will meet in person. What is going to be your excuse when I crush you in our long awaited arm wrestling match? Just look at my pumped biceps! My balled up biceps have you gazing in euphoria. You want so badly to try to wrap your hands around them. I would hope that my training in front of you by repping out my 35 lb dumbbells would get you off of your lazy ass. I even showcase how easy it is to train with resistance bands. You have more excuses than I can keep up with. You have several months to make some progress before we meet again. Are you going to let them go by? I set down my weights and showcase my pumped up, twitching muscles. Will you even be able to focus during our next meet? HA! I take my top off and reallllllllly distract you while still repping out with my dumbbells. To worship my muscles would be your second chance to correct your mistakes.
