Just as promised, the second part of telling and talking about my strength and power. Now it's time to show. Talk is easy, but proving it is more fun. I have a couple steel bars that are going to be so easy for me to bend in half. But it's the shapes and deformities I turn these straight bars into. The first one I roll up into a ball. Bare handed, btw. No gloves, which gives you assistance, imo. Bare, raw hand strength is far more impressive. Once rolled into a ball, I compare the size of it to my bicep.
