While cleaning up the kitchen after hosting Thanksgiving dinner, I realize that I forgot to put out the spinach casserole for all of my guests! They're all full and resting now, but my curiosity is peaked! I see all the time how Popeye eats his spinach and suddenly turns into a powerhouse.
