I can feel the spinach running through my veins and into my muscles. I flex my biceps and I see they are starting to fill out. This is too good to be true! I finish Popeyes can of spinach, crush the can with my bare hands, and allow the good green stuff to do its job. I feel amazing. My top is getting so tight I have to take it off, struggling to release my arms from it. I flex and pose repeatedly, amazed by how big my muscles have gotten. After continuous flexing, even my sports bra starts to get too small for me. I can't stop flexing and admiring what has happened to my body. I wind up powerful most muscular poses, pounding my chest, showing just how hard it is. My massive biceps and hard pecs are bouncing and popping. I think I just discovered my favorite snack of all time!
