WOW I had such a sweaty workout but had to hold my brown in while I finished training. As soon as I was done working out I rushed to the gym bathroom and pushed out the biggest dirt log EVER! It always feels so good to take a big dump on the toilet at the gym and leave the bathroom stinky for the next person. Usually a skinny guy that needs to sniff a real alpha log. I couldn't help myself with all my muscle gains I just had to flex at the same time! Just look at my big biceps and the veins popping out!
