I've been on my feet all day and I've just arrived home and I can't wait to relax but before I do I need to catch up on my emails because I've been so busy. But once I've sat down and taken the weight off my feet I can feel the pressure of my boots on my feet so I flex and roll my ankles to try and relive the pressure but it's no good so I remove them.
