My nursing colleague Lady Mia and I are testing out the limits of this patient's pain tolerance in my Hanwell Clinic treatment room. With the aid of needles, electric anal plugs and my extreme sterile clinic conditions we're both impressed by this patient's bravery, helped of course by regular doses of my special medicine.
