There's more medicated roleplay for this patient as I observe the strictest of sterile procedures to wash out his bladder over and over again to increase his sensations of losing all control over his most basic bodily functions. As many of my patients do, he seems almost to be enjoying his clinic treatments so it may be time to let his trainee rubber nurse begin to syringe sterile fluid through the penile catheter tube I've left clamped in place.
