This patient has been involved in a terrible accident (disagree with me at your peril) and even though he has no cuts or abrasions all his limbs are broken. So now its time to fix my Humpty Dumpty. I go about plastering his limbs, first his arms, fingers, neck and head. A healthy dose of rubber inhalation brings him back round whenever the pain becomes too much.
