With two attentive rubber nurses, this patient in my superb new Hanwell Medical suite is being overwhelmed with sensations from us, and from the mechanical milking and electrical torment of my Serious Kit milking machine. Our dominant duo efforts certainly pay off as this slave is transformed into a medical metal work of art.
