Mummy orders me over to her for my regular temperature check. I immediately notice that Mummy isn't in a good mood as she un clicks the cap from the rectal thermometer. I question her if I can have the thermometer in my mouth instead. Mummy dismisses my request quickly as she cannot get an accurate reading orally as I always make a fuss and spit it out.
