You have visited the dental nurse for your usual check up and she's noticed some rather sinister goings on in your mouth.

"Have you been eating too much sugar Sir? We have a few deep cavities in here today."

Your dentist decides to give you a little injection to numb the area and it's made you feel incredibly woozy. You're in a haze as the nurse begins to glove up for your treatment.
