Miss Page has been a defiant little brat. She didn't take her clothes off fast enough. So now Miss Mayve gets to decide how they come off. As punishment, her hands are tied behind her back and Miss Mayve gags the brat with her red scarf. The real fun begins when Miss Mayve grabs a pair of scissors and begins removing each little piece of fabric covering Miss Page's soft curves.
