Clowny Quin and Ho Ho have a bunch of balloons and start blowing them up as big as possible until they are both breathless. They giggle and toss the big, colorful balloons all around. Some of the balloons escape their grasp while been blown up and it makes a hilarious fart noise. The clown girls are so amused. Quin decides it's time to blow one up until it pops. Ho Ho looks at the balloon with wide eyes both girls anticipating the loud pop it will make. Quin squeals blowing a little more into the balloon.
