The Joker is tired of Harley Quinn's dumb jokes and thinks they could benefit from a bit of peace and quiet. Joker grabs Harley by the neck and clamps a hand over the bubble headed blonde's mouth tightly leaving her unable to breathe. Only allowing her a few moments to catch her breath, Joker pinches her nose shut and covers her mouth again making Harley dizzy. Joker doesn't let up until the daffy dame is a and quiet. It's much better that way.
