Velma thinks it's hilarious that Quin is so much shorter than her. She laughs at Quin and says mean things about her being vertically challenged. Velma even steals Quin's phone and holds it over her head taunting the pink haired girl to jump up and grab it if she wants it back so badly. Of course poor Quin is not able to reach it at all.
