I have received a handful of requests for ab control/belly rolling clips. Well I will be honest...the is hard to do. Not as easy as pec and glute control. Rolling the belly from the bottom up and then from the top to the bottom. Sticking it out really far and then sucking it in as far as I can. Phew...it's a workout! It is not as easy as I thought it would be. I have been practicing and need some more practice but here is my effort on it so far.
How about this...why dont you try it first then buy this clip. Let's see who can do it better :)
