Jennifer Thomas and I decide to have some fun. See who is the stronger badder female and what better way than to do some feats of strength. Some Tug-O-War, Lift & Carry Squats, Pushups, Armwrestling, Donkey Calf Raises and some leg strength stuff in a chair (not sure what it is called, if you know let me know :) ) We sweat, grunt, laugh and talk trash all while we are exerting our muscles to no end.
