Skipped the gym today to do a little leg training down in my garage. Lift and Carry uphill then downhill. Over the shoulder and piggy back style. Legs and glutes burning.. On Fire!!! .Heavy breathing...grunting! ..Grrrr!!... Phew....what a workout! Walking lunges to the top and bottom. AND don't forget to show of them PUMPED legs and calves in between.... HooRah!!
