Alcuni di questi tacchi sono davvero degli spilli puntati nella sua carne. in pratica il contest consiste ne capire quali sono quelli piu dolorosi. Quelli che vinceranno saranno poi usati per una intera seduta dalla quale ne uscirà davvero segnato.
