I chained my slave like a pig with ropes to the canopy of the bed. To make his situation more painful and humiliating, I lock his balls in a pillory, which exposes them to him even more, completely at my disposal. Very amused, I start slapping them, punching them and whipping them making their situation untenable. The slave has no possibility of freeing himself or protecting himself and so his balls, and even the soles of his feet, become a target, after a while even a beautiful red one, on which I can safely let off steam.
