Bad babysitter Saffy is driving with baby Nigel in his car seat. She pulls over to answer a phone call with baby napping in the back, as she is chatting and sipping her can of coke, baby wakes up and she turns her attention to him. When he starts to cry she gets annoyed and gets in the back seat next to him, smoking in his face with the windows up. She teases him sadistically about how he is strapped into his carseat with no way of escape, totally under her power.
