Alexis Kim plays the part of a bratty school girl who has been misbehaving in class. The school principal played by Goddess Samantha has an unusual way of punishing students. She has Alexis strung up in rope bondage and begins tickling her all over. Alexis protests and is a complete brat, telling the principal she will report her. Samantha uses feathers and a pair of iron claws to further tickle her. Samantha makes her promise to be a school spy and tell on the other students to avoid further punishment.
