This is one of my favorite ways to get everything out of the balls, poor balls, I'm going to press my beautiful bare feet with all my strength against my shoe, and then put it on to crush the balls between my heel and the shoe, ouuush it hurts . Not satisfied I decide to place the balls between the two feet, to step with one foot on each ball and to finish I still put all my weight on 1 foot only. This new clip is a must.
